پاسخ میوستاتین سرمی به یک وهله تمرین مقاومتی با و بدون محدودیت جریان خون در پسران نابالغ ورزشکار
تمرین مقاومتی بهعنوان موثرترین روش برای افزایش توده عضلانی شناخته شده است. میوستاتین یکی از عوامل دخیل در کنترل توده عضلانی میباشد. ﻫﺪف از پژوهش ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﻣﻘﺎﻳﺴه پاسخ مییوستاتین به دو نوع ﺗﻤﺮﻳﻦ ﻣﻘﺎوﻣﺘﻲ ﺑﺎ و ﺑﺪون ﻣﺤﺪودﻳﺖ ﺟﺮﻳﺎن ﺧـﻮن پس از یک جلسه فعالیت ورزشی در پسران نابالغ ورزشکار بود. ﺑـهاﻳﻦ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر 36 پسر ژیمناستیککار 10 تا 14 ساله در یک طرح تحقیق نیمهتجربی شرکت کردند. آزمودنیها با میانگین (وزن 11/8±11/37 کیلوگرم، قد 58/16±11/145 سانتیمتر، شاخص توده بدن 77/1±40/17 کیلوگرم بر مترمربع) بهطور تصادفی به سه گروه 12 نفره کنترل (1RM 30%)، فعالیتمقاومتی شدید (1RM 75%)، و فعالیتمقاومتی همراه با محدودیتجریانخون (1RM 30%)، تقسیم شدند. تمرین شامل سه حرکت بازشدن زانو، خمشدن آرنج و پرسسینه بود. نمونههای خونی قبل و بعد از اجرای تمرین گرفته شد. از آزمون آماری تیوابسته برای بررسی نتایج درونگروهی و از آنالیز واریانس یکراهه با تست تعقیبی LSD برای بررسی نتایج بینگروهی استفاده شد. نتایج درون گروهی نشان داد که متغییر میوستاتین در گروه تمرین با محدودیت جریان خون (028/0=P) کاهش معنیداری را نشان داد و در هر دو گروه مقاومتی شدتبالا (257/0=P) و کنترل (553/0=P) علیرغم کاهش معنیدار نشد. بااین حال نتایج بینگروهی نشان دهنده عدم تفاوت بین گروههای تمرینی بود (683/0p=). فعالیت مقاومتی کمشدت همراه با مداخله محدودیتجریانخون در مقایسه با فعالیتمقاومتی شدید، تاثیر مشابهی در سرکوب بیان میوستاتین سرمی در پسران ورزشکار داشت، لذا این شیوه تمرینی به جهت سازگاریهای هایپرتروفیک ناشی از مهار میوستاتین، بهبود در عملکرد عضلانی متعاقب با آن، همانند تمرینات مقاومتی شدتبالا مناسب بنظر میرسد.

بررسی و تحلیل شیوه های درآمدزایی باشگاه های فوتبال ایران و جهان
هدف تحقیق حاضر بررسی و تحلیل شیوه های درآمدزایی باشگاه های لیگ برتر فوتبال ایران و باشگاه های برتر فوتبال دنیا بود. روش تحقیق مورد استفاده در این تحقیق روش تحقیق کیفی بود و اطلاعات مورد نیاز از مطالعات کتابخانه ای و مصاحبه با خبرگان بدست آمد. جامعه آماری تحقیق شامل کلیه کسانی بود که در فدراسیون فوتبال، باشگاه های لیگ برتر فوتبال و دانشگاه های سراسر کشور در حیطه بازاریابی ورزشی فعالیت می کردند. روش نمونه گیری به صورت نظری صورت گرفت و تعداد مصاحبه ها تا رسیدن به مرحله اشباع ادامه یافت. در مجموع تعداد 43 شیوه برای درآمد زایی در باشگاه های فوتبال شناسایی و در سه بخش کلی درآمدهای حق پخش رسانه ای، درآمدهای تجاری و درآمدهای روز مسابقه دسته بندی گردید. بررسی ها نشان داد که میزان و تنوع راه های درآمد زایی در باشگاه های لیگ برتر فوتبال ایران در مقایسه با باشگاه های برتر فوتبال دنیا بسیار محدود تر می باشد.

اثر یک دوره فعالیت ورزشی هوازی بر پراکسیداسیون لیپیدی و فعالیت آنزیم های آنتی اکسیدانی هیپوکامپ به دنبال ایسکمی- ریپرفیوژن مغزی در موش های صحرایی نر
ایسکمی مغزی با اختلالات متابولیکی گستردهای در سلولهای عصبی به ویژه نورونهای هیپوکامپ همراه است. شواهد نشان میدهد که فعالیت ورزشی اثرات نوروپروتکتیو دارد و میتواند از مغز در برابر آسیبهای ناشی از ایسکمی محافظت کند. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی اثر فعالیت ورزشی پیش از ایسکمی بر پراکسیداسیون لیپیدی و فعالیت آنزیمهای آنتیاکسیدانی هیپوکامپ صورت گرفته است. تعداد 21 سر موش صحرایی نر نژاد ویستار به طور تصادفی به سه گروه تقسیم شدند: شم، ورزش+ ایسکمی و ایسکمی. رتهای گروه ورزش، به مدت 4 هفته، 5 روز در هفته بر روی تردمیل دویدند. ایسکمی مغزی با انسداد شریانهای کاروتید مشترک به مدت 20 دقیقه ایجاد شد. سطوح مالوندیآلدئید (MDA) و میزان فعالیت آنزیمهای آنتیاکسیدان (SOD، GPX، CAT) با استفاده از کیتهای مخصوص اندازهگیری شد. نتایج نشان داد که فعالیت ورزشی موجب کاهش معنیدار غلظت MDA و افزایش معنیدار فعالیت آنزیمهای آنتیاکسیدان در هیپوکامپ شد. بطور کلی، فعالیت ورزشی با افزایش فعالیت آنزیمهای آنتیاکسیدان میتواند در برابر آسیبها و اختلالات ناشی از ایسکمی مغزی اثرات محافظتی داشته باشد.

موانع اداری ومالی مؤثر بر سرمایه گذاری خصوصی در ورزش استان آذربایجان شرقی
هدف از تحقیق حاضر، شناسایی موانعو مشکلات اداری و مالی در سرمایهگذاری خصوصی در ورزش استان آذربایجانشرقی از دیدگاه مالکان باشگاهها و مؤسسات خصوصی می باشد. روش تحقیق از نوع توصیفی- پیمایشی است که با استفاده پرسش نامهی محقق ساختهبا روایی قابل قبول و اعتبار 91/0 درصد انجام شد. جامعهی آماری این تحقیق را مؤسسان باشگاههای ورزشی خصوصی استان آذربایجان شرقی که 310 نفر می باشند، تشکیل می دهد و طبق جدول مورگان 172 نفر به شکل تصادفی به عنوان نمونهی آماری انتخاب شدند. برای آزمون فرضیههای تحقیق از آزمونهای همبستگی اسپیرمن و تحلیل واریانس فریدمن در سطح 05/0=α استفاده شد. نتایج حاکی است،رابطهی منفی و معنیداری بین موانع مربوط به اموربانکی با میزان سرمایهگذاری ورزشی خصوصی دراستان وجوددارد. همچنین تفاوت معنیداری بین موانع مختلف در بخش پرداخت وام از محل بانکی از دیدگاه صاحبان سرمایه وجود دارد.رابطهی معنیداری بین موانع مربوط به تهیهی مجوزهای اولیهی فعالیت و نحوهی همکاری و برخورد ادارات و سازمانها با میزان سرمایهگذاری ورزشی در استان وجود ندارداما تفاوت معنیداری بین عوامل مختلف از دیدگاه صاحبان سرمایه وجود دارد. لذا با کاهش موانع ذکر شده میتوان بر میزان سرمایهگذاری خصوصی در ورزش استان آذربایجانشرقی افزود تا بخش غیر دولتی قادر به ایفای نقش در زمینه توسعه ورزش های همگانی و تندرستی در جامعه باشد.

تاثیر تمرین ورزشی مقاومتی بر سطوح اپلین و شاخصهای التهابی در مردان چاق کمتحرک
هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسی تاثیر تمرین مقاومتی بر سطوح اپلین و شاخصهای التهابی (اینترلوکین-6 و پروتئین واکنشی- C) در مردان چاق کم تحرک بود. در این مطالعه نیمهتجربی، 20 مردان 48 تا 60 سال و با 30BMI≥ بهعنوان نمونه آماری انتخاب و به طور تصادفی به دو گروه کنترل (10 نفر) و تمرین مقاومتی (10 نفر) تقسیم شدند. برنامه تمرینی شامل 12 هفته تمرین تمرینات مقاومتی، 3 جلسه در هفته، 3 دوره با 12- 10تکرار در هر جلسه و با شدت 75 - 50% یک تکرار بیشینه و زمان استراحت بین هر دور90- 60 ثانیه بود. تمرینات شامل حرکت پرس سینه، کشش زیر بغل پارویی، سرشانه هالتر از پشت، پرس پا، جلو ران و پشت ران بود. نمونههای خونی قبل و 48 ساعت پس از 12 هفته تمرین مقاومتی، جهت اندازهگیری اپلین، اینترلوکین-6 (IL-6)، پروتئین واکنشی- C(CRP) و شاخص مقاومت به انسولین، جمعآوری شد. دادهها با استفاده از آزمونهای تی زوجی و تی مستقل در سطح معناداری ٠٥/٠ p< با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS20 تحلیل شد. یافتههای پژوهش نشان داد12 هفته برنامه تمرین مقاومتی موجب کاهش معنیدار IL-6(036/0p=)، CRP (011/0p=)، وزن(029/0p=)، نمایه توده بدن (021/0p=) و درصد چربی (005/0p=) گردید. سطوح اپلین (06/0p=) و شاخص مقاومت به انسولین (089/0p=) در گروه تجربی کاهش یافت، که از لحاظ آماری معنادار نبود. بهطورکلی، 12 هفته تمرین مقاومتی علی رغم کاهش معنادار شاخصهای التهابی، سبب کاهش معناداری در سطوح اپلین نشده است. بهنظر میرسد تغییرات مشاهده شده در شاخصهای التهابی، بهدلیل کاهش تودهچربی بدن و ماهیت ضدالتهابی تمرین مقاومتی بوده است.

بررسی ابعاد منش ورزشی در ورزشکاران مرد رشتههای تیمی و انفرادی با توجه به تنوع سطوح تحصیلی و سنی این افراد
با توجه به گسترش ورزش در میان افراد،نیاز به بررسی اثرات آن بر روی رفتار و گرایشات اخلاقی افراد درگیر در آن بسیار اهمیت پیداکرده است.هدف از تحقیق حاضر،بررسی و مقایسه ابعاد منش ورزشی در ورزشکاران رشته های تیمی و انفرادی با توجه به تنوع سطوح تحصیلی وسنی این افراد بود. روش پژوهش حاضرکاربردی و از نوع توصیفی – میدانی بود. جامعه آماری این مطالعه،شامل ورزشکاران تیم های ملی رده های جوانان،بزرگسالان و دانشجویان رشتههای ورزشی تیمی و انفرادی بود. نمونه تحقیق شامل 78 نفر از ورزشکاران رشته های تیمی و 84نفر ازورزشکاران رشته های انفرادی بود.میزان گرایش این ورزشکاران به منش ورزشی از طریق پرسشنامه مقیاس چند بعدی گرایش به منش ورزشی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت.با توجه به عدم تایید شرایط آمار پارامتریک توسط آزمون ksدر بخش آمارتوصیفی ازآزمون های یومن ویتنی و ضریب همبستگی اسپیرمن استفاده گردید. نتایج آزمون یو من ویتنی نشان داد که ورزشکاران رشتههای انفرادی سطح بالاتری از منش ورزشی را در مقایسه با ورزشکاران رشته های تیمی دارند. همچنین نتایج نشان داد که بین ورزشکاران دارای تحصیلات در رشته تربیت بدنی و غیر تربیت بدنی تفاوت معنی داری درگرایش به منش ورزشی وجود ندارد. همچنین یافته های پژوهش بیان کرد که ورزشکاران گروه سنی 18-20سالدرمقایسه باگروه سنی 15-17سال ،21-23 سال و 24-27 سال سطح بالاتری از منش ورزشی رادارا هستند. با توجه به نتایج تحقیق، پیشنهادمی گردد تادردورههای تحصیلی تربیت بدنی تأکید بیشتری برمفاهیم اخلاقی در ورزش شود و به ویژه درطی واحدهای عملی اساتید و مربیان درآموزشهای خود مسائل اخلاقی درورزش رأس بیشترمدنظرقراردهند.

تأثیر هشت هفته تمرین هوازی و فعالیت وامانده ساز بر آنزیم های آنتی اکسیدانی بزاقی و خونی در مردان غیرفعال
مطالعات نشان میدهند که بزاق میتواند جایگزین مناسبی برای خون در تحقیقات پزشکی ورزشی باشد. از اینرو، تحقیق حاضر بهمنظور بررسی تأثیر تمرین هوازی و فعالیت واماندهساز بر شاخصهای خونی و بزاقی سوپراکسیددیسموتاز (SOD)، کاتالاز (CAT) و گلوتاتیون پراکسیداز (GPx) در مردان غیرفعال انجام شد. بیست و هفت مرد سالم (18 تا 21 سال) بهطور تصادفی در دو گروه تمرین (15 نفر، برای 8 هفته، 3 جلسه تمرین در هفته، دویدن با شدّت 50 تا 70 درصد ضربان قلب ذخیره) و گروه کنترل (12 نفر) جایگزین شدند. فعالیت واماندهساز هوازی بعد از دورهی تمرینی توسط آزمودنیها اجرا شد. نمونههای بزاقی و خونی قبل و بعد از تمرین و بعد از فعالیت واماندهساز بهمنظور اندازهگیری سطوح SOD، CAT و GPx جمع آوری شد. دادهها با استفاده از آزمونهای تحلیل واریانس در اندازههای مکرر، پس تعقیبی بونفرونی و همبستگی پیرسون در سطح معنیداری 05/0p< بررسی شد. در گروه تمرین، بهدنبال دورهی تمرینی افزایش معنیداری در SOD بزاقی و SOD، CAT و GPx خونی مشاهده شد (05/0p<). متعاقب فعالیت واماندهساز، فعالیت SOD بزاقی و خونی بهطور معنی داری در هر دو گروه تمرین و کنترل افزایش یافت (05/0p<). همچنین، تمرین هوازی و فعالیت هوازی تأثیر معنیداری بر سطوح بزاقی آنزیمهای CAT و GPx نداشت (05/0p>). بهطورکلی، تمرین هوازی میتواند به افزایش آنتیاکسیدانهای آنزیمی در نمونههای خونی و SOD بزاقی منجر شود. بهعلاوه، SOD بزاقی و خونی در پاسخ به فعالیت واماندهساز افزایش مییابد. از اینرو، استفاده از بزاق در این مسیر، بهعنوان یک شیوهای غیرتهاجمی در مطالعات ورزشی به تحقیقات بیشتری نیاز دارد.

پیش بینی رفتار مشتریان کلوپهای ورزشهای دریایی
با توجه به این که جزیره کیش به عنوان مهمترین محل جهت انجام ورزشهای دریایی می باشد لذا هدف از انجام پژوهش حاضر، پیشبینی رفتار مشتریان کلوپهای ورزشهای دریایی جزیره کیش بود. بدین منظور پرسشنامهای محققساخته طراحی گردید. روایی این پرسشنامه توسط 8 تن از متخصصان و استادان دانشگاه تأیید و پایایی آن نیز طی یک مطالعه مقدماتی در میان 30 نفر از جامعه تحقیق با استفاده از آزمون آلفای کرونباخ به دست آمد. جامعهی آماری شامل مشتریان کلیه کلوپهای ورزشهای دریایی جزیره کیش بود (تعداد دقیق جامعه آماری مشخص نبود). تعداد 395 پرسشنامه میان مشتریان توزیع شد که از این بین 350 پرسشنامه تکمیل و عودت داده شد. در این پژوهش از آمار توصیفی برای توصیف وضعیت جمعیت شناختی پاسخدهندگان و در بخش آمار استنباطی از آزمونهای ضریب همبستگی پیرسون، اسپیرمن و آزمونهای رگرسیون چدگانه و تحلیل واریانس استفاده شد. بدین منظور از نرم افزارهای MS-Excel ، SPSS ver 18 بهره گرفته شد. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که مؤلفههای مختلف کیفیت خدمات شامل موارد کیفی ملموس، اعتماد، پاسخگویی، اطمینان و همدلی بودند که به غیر از مؤلفۀ اعتماد (363/0=P)، بقیه مولفهها به عنوان مؤلفههای پیشبین وفاداری مشتریان شناخته شدند. به عبارتی دیگر همهی مولفههای کیفیت خدمات، به غیر از مولفه اعتماد بر وفاداری مشتریان کلوپهای ورزشهای دریایی جزیره کیش اثرگذار بودند.

تغییرات نیمرخ لیپیدی، اینترلوکین -6 و عامل نکروز تومور آلفا در موشهای صحرایی نرپس از 8 هفته تمرین هوازی
فعالیت هوازی به عنوان یک عامل اثرگذار بر عوامل التهابی و نیمرخ لیپیدی مورد توجه است، تحقیق حاضر به بررسی اثر یک دوره تمرین هوازی بر پروتئین های IL-6،TNF-α و نیمرخ لیپیدی در موشهای نر صحرایی می پردازد. بدین منظور 18 سر موش صحرایی نر سالم و بالغ انتخاب و به دو گروه کنترل(N=8) و آزمودنی(N=10) تقسیم شدند. تمرین هوازی به مدت 8 هفته،هفتهای 3 جلسه 27 الی 32 دقیقه، با شدت 80-60 درصد VO2max(سرعت m/min25-8) بر روی تردمیل، بدون شیب انجام شد.در پایان هفته هشتم نمونه گیری خونی و بافتی انجام شد. پروتئینIL-6(p=0/01)در گروه موشهای تمرین کرده کاهش معنیداری را نسبت به گروه کنترل نشان داد. این در حالی بود که پروتئینTNF-α (P=0/42) تفاوت معنی داری را نشان نداد.از سوی دیگر تمرین موجب کاهش کلسترول تام سرم(P=0/004) گردید ولیکن تغییرات شاخصهای دیگر نیمرخ لیپیدی معنیدار نبود. لذامیتوان بیان کرداحتمالاً تمرین هوازی منجر به کاهش واکنش التهابیو بهبود برخی شاخصهای نیمرخ لیپیدی میگردد.

بررسی میزان مصرف و آگاهی از عوارض جانبی داروهای نیروزا و داروهای کاهش وزن در میان ورزشکاران غیر حرفه ای حاضر در باشگاه های بدنسازی تهران
هدف از انجام این تحقیق بررسی میزان مصرف و آگاهی از عوارض جانبی داروهای نیروزا و داروهای کاهش وزن در میان ورزشکاران غیر حرفه ای حاضر در باشگاه های بدنسازی شهر تهران بود. پژوهش حاضر از نوع توصیفی است و داده های تحقیق با استفاده از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته جمع آوری گردیدند که روایی آن توسط 14 نفر از اساتید حوزه مدیریت ورزشی تایید گردید و پایایی آن با استفاده از آزمون آلفای کرونباخ محاسبه و ضریب 79/0 برای آن بدست آمد. جامعه آماری پژوهش را ورزشکاران غیرحرفه ای زن و مرد حاضر در باشگاه های بدنسازی شهر تهران تشکیل می دادند و تعداد نمونه آماری 793 نفر بود. یافته های تحقیق نشان داد 5/42 درصد از مردان حداقل یک دوره از استروئیدها استفاده کرده اند و میزان مصرف استروئیدهای آنابولیک، هورمون ها، داروهای محرک، و داروهای نارکوتیک در میان مردان بیشتر از زنان است در حالی که شیوع مصرف داروهای چربی سوز و قرص های لاغری در میان زنان بیشتر بود و 3/38 درصد از زنان حداقل یک دوره از داروهای چربی سوز استفاده کرده بودند. همچنین میزان آگاهی از عوارض داروهای محرک، هورمون ها، داروهای چربی سوز و قرص های لاغری پایین ارزیابی شد اما میزان آگاهی از عوارض استروئیدها و داروها نارکوتیک، بالا بود.

تأثیر یک دوره تمرینات استقامتی با هدف ممانعت از پیری سلولی بر فعالیت آنزیم تلومراز بافت قلب و لنفوسیت های خون محیطی رت های نر
چکیده هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی تأثیر 16 هفته تمرین استقامتی با شدت متوسط بر محتوی آنزیم تلومراز بافت قلب و لنفوسیتهای خون محیطی رتهای نر بود. بدین منظور رتهای تهیه شده از انستیتوی پاستور ایران به صورت تصادفی به دو گروه کنترل (8=n) و ورزشی(8=n) تقسیم شدند. مدت زمان دو هفته برای سازگاری با محیط و تغییر ریتمهای بیولوژیک (هفته اول) و آشنایی با تردمیل (هفته دوم) در نظر گرفته شد. پس از گذشت دو هفته پروتکل اصلی، شامل یک جلسه فعالیت استقامتی در روز به مدت پنج روز در هفته شروع شد. گروه تجربی به مدت 16 هفته تحت تأثیر تمرینات استقامتی با شدت متوسط قرار گرفتند. در طول هشت هفته اول سرعت تردمیل از 12 متر در دقیقه به 25 متر دقیقه و زمان از 15 دقیقه به 50 دقیقه رسید و این شدت تمرین در طی هشت هفته دوم ثابت نگه داشته شد. پس از اتمام دوره در حالت ناشتا و روز بعد از آخرین جلسه تمرین نمونههای مورد نیاز از رتها جمعآوری شدند. نتایج نشان داد که تمرینات استقامتی با شدت متوسط موجب افزایش معنادار فعالیت تلومراز در بافت قلبی (0.004=p) و لنفوسیتهای خون محیطی (0.004=p) شد. به طور کلی میتوان پیشنهاد داد که فعالیت بدنی منظم با شدت متوسط (65-60%Vo2max ) منجر به فعالسازی آنزیم تلومراز و تثبیت طول تلومر میشود و ورزش و فعالیت بدنی از طریق افزایش فعالیت تلومراز در بافتهای بدن میتواند قابلیت زیست سلول، ثبات ژنتیک را بالا ببرد و اثرات ضد پیری خود را بگذارد.

ارزیابی ایمنی و کارائی اماکن و تاسیسات ورزشی دانشگاههای استان یزد از دیدگاه دانشجویان
اماکن و تاسیسات ورزشی از ابزارهای مهم برگزاری ایمن تر فعالیت های ورزشی دانشگاه ها هستند. هدف تحقیق حاضر ارزیابی ایمنی و کارایی اماکن و تاسیسات ورزشی دانشگاههای استان یزد از دیدگاه دانشجویان بود. روش تحقیق توصیفی- پیمایشی بود که به شکل میدانی انجام شد. جامعه آماری شامل دانشجویان دانشگاههای سراسری و پیام نور استان یزد در سال تحصیلی 92-91 بود. بر اساس جدول مورگان و نمونه گیری تصادفی تعداد 1100 دانشجو به عنوان نمونه آماری انتخاب شدند. ابزار جمعآوری دادهها پرسشنامه ی 35 گزاره ای خواجه لندی(1389) بود که عناصر سازنده ی اماکن و فضاهای ورزشی، سیستم های روشنایی، گرمایشی، سرمایشی و تهویهای تجهیزات و وسایل ورزشی را مورد ارزیابی قرار می داد. روایی محتوا و صوری پرسشنامه بعد از بررسی و اظهار نظرهای تخصصی 14 نفر از اساتید دکتری مدیریت ورزشی و اصلاحات مدنظر، تایید شد. از آلفای کرونباخ جهت تعیین پایایی پرسشنامه استفاده گردید که ضریب آلفای کرونباخ 89/. بدست آمد. از آزمون کولموگروف – اسمیرنف، آنالیز واریانس چند متغیره(MANOVA) و خی دو برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها در سطح معنی داری 05/0 p< استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که از نگاه دانشجویان وضعیت کلی ایمنی و کارایی عناصر سازه ای 69% نامناسب، عناصر غیرسازه ای 54% نامناسب، وضعیت کلی وسایل و تجهیزات ورزشی 71% نامناسب و وضعیت کلی بهداشتی اماکن و فضاهای ورزشی 74% نامناسب بود و این نامناسب بودن متغیرهای تحت بررسی از لحاظ آماری معنی دار بود (05/0 p
