تدوین مدل درونی ورزش قهرمانی استان خوزستان بر مبنای مدل‌سازی ساختاری- تفسیری

چکیده

هدف این پژوهش تدوین مدل درونی ورزش قهرمانی استان خوزستان بر مبنای مدلسازی ساختاری- تفسیری بود. این تحقیق بر اساس هدف از نوع کاربردی و از نظر عمق بررسی روش از نوع اکتشافی بود. شیوه انجام این تحقیق به صورت کیفی بود. جامعه‌ی هدف شامل نخبگان علمی (اساتید دانشگاه) و نخبگان تجربی (مدیران ورزش در سطح ادارات متولی) بودند. انتخاب مصاحبه شوندگان در بخش کیفی به صورت هدفمند بود که با 13 نفر از خبرگان مصاحبه شد. ابزار جمع‌آوری اطلاعات، مصاحبه از نوع نیمه ساختاریافته بود. جهت تعیین پایایی از مقبولیت، قابلیت انتقال و قابلیت تأییدپذیری استفاده شد و ضریب (20/86%) به دست آمد و پایایی مصاحبه‌ها تایید شدند. همچنین به منظور ترسیم مدل تفسیری- ساختاری از نرم افزار Micmac استفاده شد. پس از تحلیل مصاحبه‌ها، 37 شاخص در قالب 5 مفهوم در حیطه‌ی ضعف‌ها و 17 شاخص در قالب 3 مفهوم، در حیطه‌ی قوت‌ها به دست آمد. نتیجه‌ی مدلسازی تفسیری- ساختاری نشان داد بیشترین میزان تاثیرگذاری مربوط به مولفه‌ی ضعف سیستم مدیریت و بیشترین میزان تاثیرپذیری مربوط به ضعف اقتصاد ورزش بود. با توجه به تاثیرگذاری بالای ضعف سیستم مدیریت بر سایر مولفه‌ها، پیشنهاد می‌شود شایسته سالاری همراه با نظارت تاثیرگذار در ساختار مدیریتی صورت گیرد.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this study was to designing the internal model of championship sport in Khuzestan province based on structural-interpretive modeling. This research was based on the purpose of the applied type and in terms of the depth of the scope, it was of the exploratory type. The method of conducting this research was qualitative. The target population included scientific elites (university professors) and experimental elites (sports managers at the level of responsible departments). The selection of the interviewees in the qualitative section was purposeful and 13 experts were interviewed. The data collection tool was a semi-structured interview. Acceptability, transferability and verifiability were used to determine reliability and the coefficient (86.20%) was obtained and the reliability of the interviews was confirmed. Micmac software was also used to draw the structural-interpretive model. After analyzing the interviews, 37 indicators were obtained in the form of 5 concepts in the field of weaknesses and 17 indicators in the form of 3 concepts in the field of strengths. The result of interpretative-structural modeling showed that the highest level of influence was related to the weak component of the management system and the highest level of influence was related to the weakness of sports economy. Considering the high impact of the weakness of the management system on other components, it is suggested that meritocracy along with effective supervision be implemented in the management structure.
